Abstract本发明公开了一种基于前驱体热解法在阳极氧化铝(PAA)模板中合成II-VI族硫化物半导体纳米线的制备方法。该制备方法以短碳链双烷基硫磷化合物配位稳定的金属有机配合物为前驱体,通过简单的浸泡方式以及后续的高温热处理,即可得到II-VI族硫化物半导体纳米线阵列和纳米线。所得纳米线长径比均一,纳米线直径大小可随着模板孔径的大小调整,线长可达10微米左右。本制备方法具有原料廉价易得、合成工艺简便、成本低、适用范围广等特点。
