Abstract本发明公开了一种超疏水超双疏表面制备技术。本发明将铝或者铝合金片进行两步电化学处理,再用全氟十八烷基三氯硅烷或者全氟聚甲基酸丙烯酸酯修饰后,得到的表面具有超疏水超双疏性。该表面对pH值为0-14之间的水溶液以及各类油滴均达到超疏,其中对水的接触角为171℃,滚动角小于1℃。对除全氟聚合物液体之外的各种油液滴均表现出超疏特性,它们与该表面的接触角均大于150°,滚动角一般都小于10°。该表面还能长期在空气中放置而仍能保持其超疏水超双疏特性。
