Abstract本发明公开了一种含碳纤维的聚苯并咪唑复合材料的制备方法。本发明先将聚苯并咪唑在氧化碳纤维表面原位聚合,得到含碳纤维的聚苯并咪唑;含碳纤维的聚苯并咪唑在真空热压烧结炉中热压烧结,一次成型,制备了含碳纤维的聚苯并咪唑复合材料。本发明克服了碳纤维填料分布不均匀、聚苯并咪唑与碳纤维填料之间剪切应力弱的弱点,方法简便易行,设备工艺简单、便于大规模生产。所制备的复合材料具有较好的力学性能,具有广泛的工业价值和应用前景。
