| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种用电化学法制备超疏水表面工艺方法。本发明通过两步处理工艺方法，即先电化学刻蚀再通过草酸阳极氧化来构造微纳米双重结构粗糙表面，然后通过表面氟硅烷修饰来制备超疏水表面。本方法简单实用，所利用的电化学刻蚀和阳极氧化技术都比较成熟，容易大规模生产，不污染环境。。 |
