| Abstract | 一种在高温大气条件下使用的自润滑金属陶瓷。碳化钨－镍作为该材料的基体，其它由氧化铅和二氧化硅组成。在500～700 ℃下摩擦系数、磨损率及抗压强度分别为：0.12～0.29、(0.98～2.22)×10-8mm3/N•mm、(4.58～5.59)×108 Pa。本发明采用中频感应炉高温热压的方法成型，使用寿命长。 |
