| Abstract | 高温自润滑镍基合金。采用中频高温快速熔炼，精铸成型工艺。选用镍铌合金作为自润滑材料的基体，并加入适量的钼、铁等为合金化元素，以适当的方式在合金中加入活性元素硫，实现高温自润滑之目的，加入适量的稀土化合物对改善自润滑合金材料的铸造性能和韧性是有益的。本自润滑合金的突出优点是，在高温(300～700℃)下具有优异的摩擦学特性和良好的机械性能。 |
