Abstract(2)研究了溶剂体系对Y3Al5O12:Ce3+材料制备和发光性能的影响。论文对不同乙醇/水比例下共沉淀法制备的Y3Al5O12:Ce3+材料的结构、形貌、光致发光性能和摩擦/力致发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:随着乙醇/水比例的提高,亚微米Y3Al5O12:Ce3+颗粒趋于球形,光致发光、摩擦/力致发光均有增强的现象。且当乙醇完全取代水时,摩擦/力致发光强度达到最大。结合热释光光谱,分析了不同乙醇/水比例时Y3Al5O12:Ce3+材料陷阱深度与载流子密度的变化,解释了摩擦/力致发光性能调控的机理。
