水溶液中铝纳米微粒的制备和表征

Abstract摘要: 借助OH-对铝片的腐蚀作用在水溶液中制备了金属铝纳米颗粒, 考察了OH-浓度不同对产物的影响, 用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)等测试手段对产物做了表征. 结果表明: 通过该方法得到的铝纳米微粒是由多个铝微晶通过 Al(OH)J胶凝而成, 外形为类球型, 颗粒大小可以通过 OH-的浓度来控制. 此外, 对铝纳米颗粒的形成机理进行了考察.
