Abstract

本发明提供了一种负载型金属催化剂,其载体为Al2O3 SiO2或ZSM-5,活性组份为Cu Ni和Pd,且活性组份Cu和Ni的总负载量为载体的3-15wt.%,Pd的为载体的0-1wt.%。以该负载型金属为催化剂1,4-丁二醇和氨为原料,在H2还原气氛下,采用一锅法反应,联合制备了1-丁基吡咯烷,1-(2-丁烯)吡咯烷以及1-(3-丁烯)吡咯烷;该方法操作简单,成本低,产物联合收率高,反应副产物为水,经济绿色,环境友好。
