CuCoMnO_x光谱选择性吸收涂层的研究

Abstract以丙烯酸改性聚氨酯为粘结剂,CuCoMnOx半导体复合氧化物为颜料, 采用喷涂法制备了光谱选择性吸收涂层。考察了颜料与粘结剂的质量比〔简称颜基比(P/B),下同〕、球磨时间、温度、底材和膜层厚度等因素对涂层光热性能的影响。结果表明,颜基比为3∶1,球磨时间9~12 h,Al作底材,膜层厚度1.9μm时所得涂层的吸收率αs=0.936,发射率εT=0.312,αs/εT=3.0。经测定,涂层具有较强的机械性能、耐腐蚀性能和耐候性能。
