本发明公开了一种化学气相合成超薄碳纳米片的方法。本发明采用固体催化剂模板,气相碳源合成超薄碳纳米片,碳纳米片尺寸大、厚度小。超薄碳纳米片可用于锂离子电池及钠离子电池等能源存储器件。
