热处理对凹土及其复合高吸水性树脂性能的影响

Abstract考察了热处理和热-酸处理对凹凸棒石黏土(凹土)性能的影响,同时也考察了热处理凹土对聚丙烯酰胺/凹土复合高吸水性树脂吸水性能的影响。结果表明,随热处理温度的升高,复合树脂的吸水率先增大后减小,400℃时达到最大值。400℃处理的凹土经不同浓度的盐酸处理后,复合树脂的吸水率在盐酸浓度为6mol/L时出现最小值。该结果说明,热处理温度和酸处理浓度对凹土的性能有一定影响,同时也影响复合高吸水性树脂的吸水性能。
