| Abstract | 目的：考察Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂在黄芪多糖提取中的提纯效果。方法: 以硫酸-苯酚法测定含量, 通过正交实验进行优化, 找出理想的Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂处理工艺。结果: 实验表明Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂能有效提高黄芪多糖的含量, 并与澄清剂两组份的比例, 反应温度有关。结论: Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂处理黄芪多糖的理想工艺为4B, 2A, 反应温度80℃。 |
