Abstract

本发明涉及一种氧化程度可控的石墨烯量子点的制备方法,提供一种以超细石墨粉为原料,强酸氧化法制备粒径可控的石墨烯量子点的方法,并通过大孔树脂纯化,不仅得到不含无机盐杂志还可得到不同氧化程度的石墨烯量子点。本发明工艺简单、成本低廉、产量较高,适用于工业大规模生产。
