Abstract	本发明公开了一种轴承球滚动体全表面润滑耐磨涂层的批量制备方法，该方法将滚动体放入镀膜支撑装置中，采用物理气相沉积技术在轴承球滚动体（钢球、陶瓷球）全表面镀制薄厚均一、性能优良的润滑耐磨涂层，镀膜支撑装置包括其形状为空心圆柱体的不锈钢网子和置于网子轴线上的作为网子转动轴的不锈钢丝杠，不锈钢丝杠通过齿轮与真空腔体内的转动架相连，网子在真空腔体内做匀速转动，滚动体在网子中做自由滚体运动。与现有技术相比，本发明具有能进行批量稳定制备的优点，并且制备出的涂层具有硬度高、韧性好、减摩、耐磨性好等优点，提高了滚珠轴承的质量和性能。
