钙基膨润土锂改性工艺研究

Abstract对低品位钙基膨润土进行了锂盐改性研究,考察了锂盐加入量、反应时间、反应温度、固液比、pH值等工艺条件对锂化性能的影响。结果表明钙基膨润土锂改性后性能有较大的提高:24h膨润值和膨胀倍分别为原土的4.3和5.2倍,胶质价为原土的5.3倍。
