油溶性有机钼与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDDP)在酯类油中的协同抗磨减摩性能及机理研究

Abstract采用四球摩擦磨损试验机分别考察了两类油溶性有机钼二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDDP)和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)在季戊四醇脂中的减摩抗磨性能, 探讨了MoDDP和 MoDTC与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDDP)的协同减摩抗磨性能; 用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)观察分析了磨斑表面形貌和主要元素的化学状态, 探讨了MoDDP和MoDTC的摩擦化学机制. 结果表明, 油溶性有机钼与ZnDDP复配具有优良的协同减摩和抗磨性能, 这是由于ZnDDP促进了有机钼分解, 生成了由 MoS2、MoO3、ZnS和FePO4等组成的摩擦化学反应膜.
