| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种自修复超疏水聚氨酯涂层的制备方法。该方法首先将多孔材料加入到低表面能物质的饱和溶液中，恒温油浴下蒸馏至干，得到具有自我修复功能的疏水性多孔材料。然后将疏水性多孔材料与正硅酸乙酯或聚氨酯预聚体分散于有机溶剂，采用采用浸渍或喷涂方法，固化后得到具有超疏水功能的涂层，涂层超疏水性能可自修复。该制备方法工艺简单、条件温和、成本低廉。 |
