Abstract

本发明公开了一种低表面能聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备方法。用含降冰片烯结构芳香二胺和芳香四酸二酐在室温下反应,涂膜、烘烤后得到聚酰亚胺薄膜,然后在Grubbs催化剂催化下,通过表面引发开环易位聚合的方法引发降冰片烯的全氟烷基酯来制备低表面能的聚酰亚胺薄膜。该方法制备的低表面能聚酰亚胺薄膜具有良好的成膜性、光学透明性和耐热性能。薄膜可作防油爬行、防污以及自清洁材料使用。
