Abstract

本发明公开了一种超厚TiN-TiCN多层复合薄膜材料的制备方法。本发明采用直流磁控溅射物理气相沉积技术制备的TiN-TiCN多层复合薄膜材料,该薄膜薄膜厚度为9.5-24.0μm,质地均匀致密,表面光滑,弹性良好,附着性好,具有高的硬度和优异的抗磨损性能。可用于机械切割与钻孔的刀具和加工成型的模具上。
