Abstract

本发明公开了一种低成本原料合成小晶粒P-ZSM-5分子筛的方法。本发明将硫酸铝、浓硫酸、NaCl、异丙醇、水玻璃、正丁胺、ZSM-5分子筛晶种及含磷水溶液混合后搅拌均匀,在搅拌下老化后,经晶化,过滤、干燥和焙烧,得到小晶粒P-ZSM-5分子筛。本发明制备的小晶粒P-ZSM-5分子筛,可应用于重油催化裂化催化剂中提高丙烯产率或提高汽油辛烷值。
