| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种在铜基轴瓦上制备固体润滑涂层的方法。本发明选择一种适宜的涂料，将其涂敷在铜基轴瓦表面形成固化涂层。该涂层与金属铜合金基底具有良好附着力，能在260 ℃以下长期使用；该涂层具有良好润滑、抗磨和防粘铜性能，能显著降低铜基轴瓦合金层的摩擦系数，减少铜基轴瓦及其曲轴在启停、低机油粘度及无油状态下的擦伤和粘铜、烧瓦现象，提高铜基轴瓦的抗磨性、应急运行能力和使用寿命。 |
