Abstract本发明公开了一种在金属内表面制备类金刚石碳膜的方法,具体是利用等离子体化学气相沉积技术,在内表面制备高硬度、低摩擦系数、良好的耐腐蚀性和低粘着力的类金刚石薄膜的方法。本发明能够在发动机缸套、储油罐内壁、排气管道、消音器等内壁沉积高结合力类金刚石薄膜。
