Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有仿生结构的Al2O3陶瓷复合材料及制备方法。陶瓷复合材料为多层结构,由Al2O3和金属Mo交替叠合而成,表层为Al2O3层,间隔层为金属Mo层。将Al2O3粉和金属Mo粉在石墨模具中交替叠层后直接放入热压炉内热压烧结获得。陶瓷复合材料力学性能可控(主要是断裂韧性和弯曲强度)、纯度高、高温摩擦学性能优异,可用作极端苛刻环境(高温、腐蚀、特殊气氛等)下的润滑与密封材料。
