| Abstract | 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20 柱色谱和重结晶等方法对臭梧桐( Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb) 进行分离纯化，并根据理化性质和波谱分析进行结构鉴定。从臭梧桐中分离得到11 种化合物，分别为β-谷甾醇、β-胡萝卜苷、洋芹素、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷丁酯、乙酸橙酰胺、类叶升麻苷、马替诺皂苷、5-羟甲基糠醛、corchorifalty acid E、单棕榈酸甘油、正癸醇。其中乙酸橙酰胺和corchorifalty acid E 为首次从马鞭草科植物中分离得到，5-羟甲基糠醛为首次从大青属植物中分离得到。 |
