Abstract以偏铝酸钠(SM)为改性剂,在高压均质作用下对凹凸棒石(APT)进行改性,并用红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和Zeta电位等手段进行了表征,研究了不同SM用量对APT的理化性质和胶体性能的影响。结果表明,用SM直接改性凹凸棒石(未均质)后悬浮液黏度下降;经均质处理后,悬浮液的黏度从1812 mPa.s增加到2660 mPa.s,高于仅SM改性或仅均质处理样品,悬浮液的胶体稳定性和流变性也明显改善。继续增加SM用量,凹凸棒石表面电荷变的更负,相互排斥力增加,导致黏度降低,形成胶体能力下降。
