Abstract | Nitrogen and silica co-doped graphene nanosheets (NSi-GNS) have been prepared via high-temperature annealing of N and Si-containing graphene oxide-ionic liquid (GO-IL) composite. As a p-type semiconductor, the as-synthesized NSi-GNS shows excellent NO2 gas sensing ability with high response value. |
