Abstract有序介孔碳具有较高的比表面积,较好的孔道结构,良好的稳定性,传质速度高,反应位点多等优点,近年来在分离与吸附,催化,生物传感等方面取得了广泛的应用。本文按照文献合成有序介孔碳,制成有序介孔碳修饰热解石墨电极,研究了尿酸(UA)、多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在修饰电极上的电化学行为。UA } DA和AA在修饰电极上的阳极峰电位分别在0.305V, 0.155V, -0.034V(Fig. 1A),两峰之间的电位之差至少是0.15V,说明该修饰电极可以有效排除他们之间的相互干扰。采用示差脉冲法(DPV)对UA, DA和AA混合液进行测定,裸电极上只有一个氧化峰(Fig.1B, dot line),而在修饰电极上则观察到三个独立的阳极峰(Fig.1B, solid line),说明该修饰电极可以用DPV法进行同时测定。
Other AbstractA new ordered mesoporous carbon modified graphite electrode was prepared for investigating lectrochemical behavior of biomolecule uric acid, dopamine and ascorbic acid. Three anodic peaks were btained at the potential of 0.305, 0.155 and -0.034 V, corresponding to the oxidation of UA, DA and AA,respectively. This proposed electrode can be potentially applied to simultaneous determination of UA, DA and AA.
