Abstract | 本研究通过静态吸附/解吸附实验,以吸附/解吸附容量和RA纯度为评价指标,从一系列大孔树脂中筛选出最佳的大孔树脂,进而得到了RA和ST在大孔树脂上的吸附/解吸附动力学曲线,见图1。由图1(A)可知,RA和ST的吸附容量都随吸附时间的延长而增大,直到平衡。 |
Other Abstract | In order to research adsorption characteristic of reba.udioside A (RA) from steviol glycosides on macroporous resins, the static adsorption/desorption experiments have been carried out. The results show that the adsorption behaviors of RA and ST on macroporous resins fit best to the pseudo second-order kinetics model coupled better correlation coefficients. And through fitting the experimental data, it is found that RA fit best to the F'reundlich isotherm model, while ST fit best to the Langmuir isotherm model. The research show that it would provide help in the development of large-scale manufacture in the separation of IsA from Steviol glycosides and the practical application in related glucoside industry. |
