| Abstract | 目的: 优选红景天中红景天苷和酪醇的提取工艺。方法: 采用L9 ( 34 )正交实验法, 以浸膏得率、红景天苷、酪醇含量为评价指标, 考察乙醇浓度(% )、溶剂量(倍) 、提取时间( h)对提取的影响。结果: 以6倍量80%乙醇提取2 h, 提取2次为最佳提取工艺。结论: 优选工艺条件可为新药研究和工业化生产提供参考。 |
