Abstract通过石磨碾磨的方法实现了凹凸棒黏土棒晶聚集体的解离。采用场发射扫描电镜和流变仪考察了碾磨对凹凸棒黏土微观形貌和流变性能的影响。结果表明:石磨碾磨技术可促使凹凸棒黏土棒晶解离。随碾磨次数增加,凹凸棒黏土悬浮液黏度降低,流动性提高。
Other AbstractThe clusters of attapulgite were exfoliated using the dry grinding method. The effects of grinding on micro-morphology and rheological properties of attapulgite were investigated using field-emission scanning electron microscopy and rheometer, respectively. The results indicate that grinding is an effective method for the exfoliation of attapulgite clusters. With the increase of grinding times, the viscosity of attapulgite aqueous dispersion decreases, while the fluidity increases.
