Abstract利用对辊机两对辊轮间产生的强剪切力解聚凹凸棒黏土聚集体。考察了不同对辊次数对凹凸棒黏土结构及其悬浮液流变性能的影响。结果表明:凹凸棒黏土经过3次对辊挤压后,棒晶束解聚效果好,棒晶断裂程度小,悬浮液粘度高。
Other AbstractThe attapulgite aggregates were disaggregated under strong shearing force produced between two rollers of roll crusher. The effect of times of roll on the microstructure of attapulgite clay and rheological behavior of those aqueous suspensions were systematically investigated. The results indicate that after three times roll, the dispersion of the attapulgite clay aggregate is well, the disruption of the rod-like crystal of the attapulgite is rarely found and the viscosity of the susupension is higher.
