| Abstract | 建立了番茄红素软胶囊的质量标准，采用薄层色谱法对番茄红素软胶囊中番茄红素进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法对番茄红素软胶囊中番茄红素进行含量测定。在优选的TLC条件下，可定性鉴别番茄红素软胶囊中番茄红素；在优选的HPLC条件下，番茄红素在0.14～44.04μg/mL 范围内线性关系良好，r=0.9999，平均回收率99.3%，RSD 为2.80%。所建立方法可靠、准确、专属性强，可用于番茄红素软胶囊的质量控制。 |
