| Abstract | 目的 对桂枝配方颗粒提取工艺及质量标准进行研究。方法 通过正交试验设计对桂枝配方颗粒提取工艺进行了优化; 采用T LC、IR、GC-M S 法对桂枝配方颗粒与饮片进行化学表征和定性鉴别。结果 优选了桂枝配方颗粒的最佳提取工艺; 建立了桂枝配方颗粒的质量标准。结论 该提取工艺和质量控制方法科学合理, 可作为桂枝配方颗粒生产和质量控制的依据。 |
