乙酸镁改性条件对凹凸棒黏土黏度的影响

Abstract采用乙酸镁对凹凸棒黏土进行改性处理,考察了乙酸镁浓度、悬浮液浓度和pH 值、反应温度和搅拌时间以及放置时间等因素对凹凸棒黏土在蒸馏水和饱和氯化钠水溶液中黏度的影响。结果表明,在乙酸镁浓度10%,悬浮液浓度7. 5%,pH = 8,反应温度20 ℃,反应时间14 h 和放置时间24 h 的条件下,改性凹凸棒黏土有最高的黏度。其中,在饱和氯化钠水溶液中的黏度高于蒸馏水中的黏度。
